本声明旨在说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护你的个人信息。使用或继续使用本应用即表示你已同意本声明。

1. 收集的信息

• 设备标识：用于游客登录、统计与防刷（不含真实身份信息）。
• 你主动输入的内容：辩题文本、用户画像配置（支持自定义画像）。
• 使用日志：请求时间、模型状态、错误日志等用于故障排查和性能优化。
• 手机号登录：暂未正式开放，如后续上线将单独提示并可能采集手机号及验证码。

2. 信息的用途

• 生成正反方发言、评论与历史记录展示。
• 显示调试/状态信息（如轮次、评论开关、最近一次请求时间）。
• 安全风控、故障排查与服务质量提升。

3. 存储与保留

• 本地存储：历史记录、用户画像保存在设备本地，可在应用内删除或卸载应用清除。
• 传输与后端：辩题、画像等请求数据会通过后端代理转发到模型服务商，请避免输入敏感信息。
• 日志：服务器日志按业务需要和法律要求保留，超期后删除或匿名化；日志可能包含 IP 地址、请求时间、错误堆栈、服务端状态信息等，用于安全审计、故障排查和合法合规目的。

4. 共享与第三方

• 模型服务商：为生成内容会将请求文本传输给模型服务商（如 DeepSeek/腾讯混元），仅用于提供模型推理服务，不会用于广告投放或用户画像。我们不会授权其将你的数据用于模型训练，除非其公开文档另有默认条款且你明确同意。
• 法律要求或合规场景下，可能按法规披露。除上述情形外，不会向第三方出售或非法共享你的信息。

5. 权限说明

• 相册写入：仅在保存历史长图时请求；拒绝授权不影响其他功能。
• 不会请求通讯录、定位等与核心功能无关的权限。

6. 你的权利

• 查看/管理：可在应用内查看并删除本地历史、画像数据。
• 撤回同意：如不同意本声明，可停止使用并卸载应用以清除本地数据。
• 进一步请求：如需进一步删除服务器日志或有隐私相关请求，请通过应用内反馈联系我们（将在合理期限内处理）。

7. 信息安全

• 我们采用必要的技术与管理措施降低数据泄露、滥用、丢失风险，但无法保证绝对安全。
• 请避免输入个人敏感信息，因自行输入导致的风险由你自行承担。

8. 变更

本声明可能因法律法规或业务调整更新，更新后将在应用内提示，继续使用即视为同意更新后的声明。

10. 儿童隐私

1. What we collect

• Device identifier (for guest login, stats, anti-abuse; no real identity).
• Your inputs: debate topics, persona configurations (including custom personas).
• Usage logs: request time, model status, error logs for debugging/optimization.
• Phone login is not officially open; if launched later, we will separately notify and may collect phone number and verification code.

2. How we use it

• Generate debate responses, comments, and history display.
• Show status info (rounds, comment switches, last request time).
• Security, troubleshooting, and service quality improvement.

3. Storage & retention

• Local: histories and personas stored on-device; you can delete them in-app or remove the app to clear local data.
• Backend transmission: requests are proxied to model providers; avoid entering sensitive information.
• Logs: retained per business/legal needs, then deleted or anonymized. Logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, error traces, and service status information for security auditing, troubleshooting, and compliance.

4. Sharing & third parties

• Model providers (e.g., DeepSeek / Tencent Hunyuan) process your input solely for inference, not for advertising or profiling. We do not permit them to use your data for training unless explicitly allowed and separately consented by you.
• Disclosure as required by law or compliance. No sale or unlawful sharing.

5. Permissions

• Photo library write only when saving a debate poster; denying it does not affect other features.
• No contacts, location, or other unrelated permissions.

6. Your rights

• View/manage local histories and personas in-app.
• Withdraw consent by stopping use and uninstalling the App; contact us for further deletion requests where applicable.
• Privacy inquiries/complaints: contact us via in-app feedback.

7. Security

• We use reasonable technical/organizational measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
• Avoid entering personal sensitive information; you bear the risk of disclosure.

8. Changes

This policy may update due to law or business needs; updates will be shown in-app. Continued use means acceptance.

9. Contact

10. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children. If you believe such data was collected without consent, please contact us for deletion.
